Upstairs is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a large flat screen tv and provides access to the large front balcony with outdoor furniture and panoramic views of Encounter Bay, The Bluff and West Island.

The master bedroom is also upstairs and has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom which has a shower, bath and w.c. Downstairs is a second living area with a pool table, tv and three bedrooms - 2nd with a queen bed, 3rd with a queen bed and 4th with a single and a trundle bed. There is a second bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity and w.c. The laundry has a washing machine and provides access to the fully fenced rear yard.

**Owner will allow small dogs at request, providing they sleep in laundry
