Located in a true beach town, the whole family will love staying at 11 Hero Middleton. With plenty to do, featuring large living and dining areas that overlook the ocean and only a stone throw to the beach, you wont want to leave! Perfectly suited for one or two families.
Starting upstairs, is a large plush lounge with a TV for relaxing after a busy day out! A fully equipped and functioning kitchen with large fridge freezer you will have no trouble cooking up a storm. The upstairs dining table is large and fits up to 10 guests, perfect to sit down and discuss your days adventures!
Upstairs features a large master bedroom with a roomy queen bed and own ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with a queen bed and share a bathroom with toilet, shower, single vanity.
With a large upstairs decking that wraps around the side of the home, you are treated to panoramic sea views and rural country side, a perfect combination for outdoor dining! If the wind picks up, you will be sheltered around the rear of the home with still plenty to see.
Perfect all year round, this property has ducted reverse cycle airconditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, also a combustion heater for that romantic couple getaway!, but with so much to do on the south coast, there is no need to be cooped up inside! Get out and adventure!
Downstairs has a Queen and Bunk bed, a large open living area perfect to keep the young ones entertained, and a bathroom.
The large drive way on the property will easily fit a boat, and room for your cars.
With a fenced backyard, outdoor pets are negotiable at owners discretion.
Please be aware, linen is not provided, basic provisions such as quilts/covers and pillows are provided, but guests are required to provide hygiene items such as own towels, bottom and top sheets tea towels etc. Or these can be ordered directly through victor linen.

Middleton is famous for its beaches, from surf to sand, the whole family will be occupied. Whilst staying on the coast, learn to surf through many of the local surf schools located right on the beach front.
For those feeling adventurous, its a great opportunity to collect local pipi's during the open season, these are a local seafood delicacy, you will find many out on the water shuffling in the sand. Also making great bait for fisherman keen to catch some Salmon in the surf.
Winter is the perfect time to visit for whale watching enthusiasts, where local whales return each year to give birth and play in the same waters they were born. Many are often spotted along Middletons coast line, and from 11 Hero you will have front row seats from the living room.
Middleton features a coastal bike track that extends from Goolwa to Victor Harbor, bring your bikes and venture out as many others before you have done. You may even have the opportunity to ride side by side with one of the last running steam engines in the world, the Steam Ranger.
Take a drive to the tourist town of Victor Harbor, enjoy the local food, the gorgeous walking trails and coastal scenery. Be sure to walk Granite Island, or even take an after hours penguin tour one evening!
