For cyclists this property sits right next to the bikeway, so you can jump on your bike and ride to Victor Harbor, or Goolwa from the safety of a purpose built bitumen bike track.
It is very close to a popular swimming beach, has slight sea views and is also a short walk to the central shopping area within Pt Elliot. It has three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room area and lovely decking to the rear of the home. Please note carport has now been dismantled.
